We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for account recovery. Usage logs (page views) are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. AI-generated drafts are stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at privacy@fedbids.com.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls on our database. Subscriber access is protected by time-limited magic links. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery, consistent with our User Agreement.
