We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for account recovery. Usage logs (page views) are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. AI-generated drafts are stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls on our database. Subscriber access is protected by time-limited magic links.
